Prof. Suresh Chandra Padhy has over 13 years of teaching experience during which he has actively participated and taken the lead in Academic Planning, Designing the Course Curriculum, Identifying the suitable professors for all the management institutes of Sri Balaji Society.

He has also participated in organizing seminars, workshops and other event management programmes by inviting Top Brass from the Corporate World.

He has been working in Sri Balaji Society since 1998 and has been actively involved in the growth story of Sri Balaji Society.

He has extensive experience in AICTE and Higher Education rules and regulations.

Prof. (Col.) B S Sidhu

Prof. Col. B.S.Sidhu has served in the Indian Army for 29 long years. A graduate from Indian Military Academy Dehra Dun and commissioned into the Regiment of Artillery in Dec. 1974. He joined the family of Sri Balaji society, after his retirement in Feb. 2004.he is an alumni of BIMM formerly known as IIMM from the 2000-02 millennium batch, known as transcender.

• Worked in India and abroad and possess expertise in working on international and multicultural environment with the distinction of exploring new markets for expanding businesses and streamlining operations. Held senior positions such as Chief Operating Officer (North America) in USA for a reputed multinational organization and General Manager- International Operations for a leading Indian portal.
• Taught the MBA programs of various prestigious institutes
• Had supervised many dissertations for the MBA Program of prestigious universities
